Better late than never! We apologize for the lack of posts, but life is hectic, as we all know.
We are looking for a group of 8-12 students to start classes in January. This is 8-12 juniors AND 8-12 adults. That’s right parents, YOU can train in traditional Okinawan Karate too! All fitness levels are welcome! Start where you are.
Classes will be Tuesdays:
5:30-6:25pm for juniors ages 6-15 years old
6:30-7:25pm for adults ages 16+ years old

It is both with sadness and excitement that we are announcing that we will be discontinuing classes for the time being. Between summer schedules and us preparing for the arrival of the newest Gregory, we have decided that right now was not the best time to begin classes. It would be unfair for you, our students, to be as distracted as we are.
We will be preparing ourselves to get straight to it towards the beginning of the school year. We will continue to post and update you as we get closer to the time when we can effectively dedicate the time needed to properly educate and train students.

This is how we warmed up for class today.
Warming up before training or exercise prevents injury and get your body ready for physical activity. It’s also good to warm up before a physically demanding job, like construction, manufacturing, or even stocking a grocery store.
