Maintenance person needed EOE
Do you like working on older houses? Are you excellent at dealing with tenants. Long-term property management company, working mostly in mid-town and south KC, looking for people that have previous maintenance type experience. Would need to have a vehicle that is suitable for work and transporting materials (a car is fine). Start $16/hr as an independent contractor, but may become an employee once here long enough.
