How are you?

Easter has a quiet way of reminding us that new beginnings are always possible. For those of us on a conscious living path this can be especially meaningful. Healing is not something that happens over night. It takes time, patience, and a lot of courage. But just like the season itself, it shows us that change can happen, even after difficult periods.

Living consciously, there can be moments when the past feels heavy. Thoughts about what happened, choices made, or people hurt can come up and sit with you. It is easy to get stuck there. But Easter gently shifts the focus. It reminds us that while the past is part of our story, it is not the whole story. There is always space to begin again.

So again, I ask: HOW ARE YOU?

As a collective we are in a very unstable time and space. This instability is showing up strongly in our bodies. If life has been a lot lately, please know you are not alone. If you have been struggling physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually please ask for help and seek out help. Together we thrive.

It is very important at this particular juncture to take extremely good care of yourself. Stabilizing your nervous system is paramount to successfully navigating life on life's terms.

Ending the inner battles and finding cohesiveness and peace is the path to ending the battles we see outwardly in the world. You truly are effecting change on this planet by "doing the work". So take time to pray, meditate, sing, dance, run, play, Qi gong, chanting, laughing... what works bestt for?

How can life get better than this?

On the Spring Equinox, Connected Spine planted new roots.

You never have to climb those stairs again :-)

We moved 15 minutes north towards many of your homes.
Thank you Cape Canaveral, Cocoa, Suntree, Merritt island and Viera friends for journeying to see us on A1A in Indialantic.
We are now on South Patrick between the Eu Gallie and Pineda causeway, near Mama Jo's herb shop, Too Cool Cafe and Gleason Park.

JACK is allowed to be in the office and thrilled to keep his role as greeter and continue reminding us all to live in the present moment, be EN-JOY and to play anytime we feel like it.

Shelley and I will be working out the new scheduling with chiropractic, red light therapy and yoga with Shelley.

New creative and fun events will be happening as this all unfolds. Maybe adjustments in the park as these perfect weather days seem to be reminding us why we live here. WOOHOO.
