Tried my hand at some Italian style desserts today. Italian Rainbow Cookies (very interesting technique and flavor) and a Cannoli Cheesecake. I love trying new ideas/recipes on my family 😅

Last minute cake/cupcake order 🐾💙 with class, work, and spending a few hours at urgent care; this one got done just in time! The birthday girl definitely liked her cupcake, at least the part that made it past her face 😂
