At The Learning Habitat, we prioritize conversation, movement, hands-on exploration, imaginative play, and meaningful interaction with teachers and peers. These everyday moments help children build communication skills, problem-solving abilities, creativity, confidence, and strong social connections.

As a screen-free environment, we create more space for children to stay engaged with the world around them instead of a device.

The goal isn’t simply to avoid screens, but to make room for experiences that support healthy development and a genuine love of learning.

For years we have been asking for ESA+ to cover the arts. Science has repeatedly shown how therapeutic, developmentally beneficial and academically enhancing the arts are, especially for children with learning, social and emotional challenges. Art is transformational for these children, and FINALLY ESA+ is going to follow the science! 🎨 🎭 🎶
