REJECTION ~ ABANDONMENT ~ DECEPTION ~
There is a pain that cuts deeper than hatred, deeper than jealousy, deeper than death.

It's confusing.

It's demonic.

It's surreal.

When a person you love deeply, and who you thought loved you deeply, turns on you and yet pretends everything is OK by continuing in their religious activity - as if their showing up to warm the pew or to join in the activity is what really matters to our Heavenly Father.

True faith. true religion, true spirituality... makes "love in action" their highest commitment.

True love doesn't abandon.

True love doesn't reject.

True love doesn't change it's mind.

True love doesn't quit.

Pretending to be religious, rather than exhibiting true Christ-like, loving behavior toward those closest to you, is a stench in the Father's nose.

It is the ugliest form of pride.

It is cold.

It is calloused.

It is demonic.

The most difficult part of all?

When the injured one, the abandoned one, the rejected one, the deceived one is left with nothing more to do but walk away.

There is life after such betrayal.

There is good after heartbreak.

There is truth and good left in this world.
