As nine13logistics continues to grow and with our new food hub opening soon, we’re taking a moment to remember where it all started.

In 2020, when Indianapolis faced unprecedented food insecurity, our team stepped up to help meet the moment. What began with our ExploreIndy and Kids Building Bikes trucks quickly turned into a citywide effort to deliver food efficiently to the communities that needed it most. Within days, we built a delivery schedule capable of moving 25,000 pounds of food each day, eventually expanding even further with the addition of a 24’ box truck.

From canned goods and milk to watermelons and thousands of pounds of potatoes, every delivery represented something bigger…neighbors helping neighbors, and from that point forward…nine13logistics was born. Through incredible partnerships, we’ve continued fighting food insecurity across Indianapolis, proving that logistics can be more than transportation; it can create impact, build partnerships, and serve communities.
