We’re proud to introduce a new tradition at The Ardizzone Group - the Quarterly ACT Award - created to recognize the incredible impact our office staff makes beyond leasing numbers. While leasing metrics will always matter, we wanted to spotlight the values that truly drive our success: Attitude, Commitment, and Teamwork.

To launch this new award, we asked our team to nominate someone who embodies these qualities day in and day out, and the response was overwhelming. One name stood out again and again: Michelle Sumner.

Michelle joined TAG in 2018 and has been a driving force ever since, first as a standout manager, and now as a regional leader making an even greater impact. Her unwavering commitment, positive leadership, and genuine support for others make her a shining example of what ACT (Attitude, Commitment, Teamwork) is all about.

From uplifting her team to leading through change, Michelle lives out our values every single day - and we’re so proud to celebrate her with this well-deserved recognition!
