Are you looking for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Plainfield, IN? BESTAFF is hiring an Assembly Line Lead to support the production, inspection, and packaging of football and baseball helmets.

Pay Rate: $22.00 Hourly
Day Shift

🕒 Schedule: Full-Time
🎓 Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
🛠 Experience: 1+ year manufacturing/assembly experience preferred

What You’ll Do:
✔ Final inspection and packaging of finished helmets
✔ Assemble components and special-order items
✔ Operate hand and power tools in a production environment
✔ Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
✔ Meet daily production goals
