We’re hiring a HIRE Regional Director!

Do you excel at building strong employer partnerships and developing high‑performing teams? The HIRE Division is looking for a mission‑driven leader to strengthen Indiana’s workforce and support justice‑involved Hoosiers on their path to meaningful employment.

In this role, you will:

• Recruit, cultivate, and maintain employer relationships across the state
• Train, mentor, and support HIRE Division staff
• Build collaborative partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
• Drive division performance and ensure consistent, high‑quality services
• Help returning citizens connect to sustainable employment and long‑term success
• Work with state and regional partners to improve and innovate workforce strategies

Location is flexible and not limited to Madison Correctional Facility. Final work arrangements will be based on operational needs and candidate proximity.
