July Second Saturday - From the Field
A collaboration with Full Hand Farm

Erin and Logan have been cooking with Full Handโ€™s organic produce all season, and this dinner is a chance to celebrate whatโ€™s happening right now at the peak of it.

This dinner will be enjoyed family style, a little different from our usual coursed meals. A little less formal, a little more social.

Welcome:
* Charred scallion + garlic scape dip, Broad Ripple chips

* Cucumber Gazpacho, arugula pesto

Salad course:
* Caramelized fennel + grilled romaine salad with Arak dressing

* Bibb salad with herbs, sherry vinaigrette

Main course:
* Local smoked chicken leg quarters (or grilled mushroom)

* marinated broccolini

* Old major sausage (or vegan sausage)

* Giant couscous salad, grilled peppers, zucchini, and onion

* 3 tomato salad

Dessert:
* Carrot Basboosa, hazelnut crumb

* Beet jam lamingtons, cacao dukkah
