In my own personal work and development, I am reconnecting with Brene’ Brown’s 2012 audio course “Power of Vulnerability”. The lessons about authenticity, connection, and courage are, in some ways, more relevant today that they were a decade ago when I first heard her speak. This is a wonderful audio recording (pulled from a two-day lecture) for any leader that seeks to understand how we can become more engaged and resilient during times of challenge.
