People often ask, “Well, why did you move to Indy?” In many ways the annual Sportcars Together Fest by Porsche displays the reason. Look for the logo. LOL. We attended on the last day at IMS arguably one of the world’s most famous race courses. Thousands of Porsches whirring their engines at Indy. My favorite was the off-roading track, as if, I’m taking my $100,000 SUV into the mud.

Owned by a young couple, the former garage renovated into a pie parlor thankfully survived the pandemic. It’s in part to glorious toppings and also a dedication for us to serving gluten-free flours.
