The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has partnered with MJJ Recruiting to assist with the hiring of key seasonal positions ahead of this year’s Indianapolis 500 presented by Gainbridge. This includes opportunities to join the IMS Safety Patrol team in addition to fundraising activations for non-profit organizations.

As part of the “Race for Equality and Change” initiative, INDYCAR and IMS are focused on recruiting and developing a diverse workforce throughout all levels. MJJ is a key partner in helping to accomplish this important goal.

IMS Safety Patrol employees are responsible for executing Guest Services roles around the facility during both large and small-scale events.

In addition, Indianapolis Motor Speedway is providing an opportunity for non-profit groups to fundraise, showcasing their hospitality in exchange for guest support during events this racing season.
