Industrial landscapers 🌳🐘 Elephants play a significant role in shaping the environment around them. Many are quick to highlight this as destruction but that could be shortsighted. We often assume that the bush we see around us today is what it’s always looked like. This is not the case. Certain trees were once plentiful here 150 years ago and now are gone. Others tree species that currently dominate the landscape were almost nonexistent back then. Change is natural. Indeed it is inevitable. When that one tiny hot mess (washer won’t agitate) turns into finding several hot messes.

No worries, two Lowe’s trips and an ACE trip, wet boots, and a part delivery have this house on its way to new Pex from the ceiling, a new drain line, and a new wash basin! Oh and we are reusing the old cement sink because let’s be real, no one wants to haul that thing up the stairs. All it takes is some TSP and mixed epoxy to make it look new!

And yea, of course the washer works already!
