A man was shot and killed by Indianapolis police Thursday morning after police say he shot his wife, then led officers on a chase. It started around 7:20 a.m. when officers were called to North Ritter Avenue and found a woman critically wounded. She later died at the hospital. Police say the man drove off, leading them to West 32nd Street. That’s where officers shot and killed him. Two police cars were damaged during the incident, but no officers were hurt.
