Groundwork Indy is seeking enthusiastic, dependable interns to support our Summer 2026 youth programs!
If you enjoy working with young people, being outdoors, building community, and making a positive impact, this internship could be a great fit.
As a Youth Programming Support Intern, you'll work alongside Groundwork Indy staff and teen participants to help facilitate daily activities, support environmental projects, encourage teamwork, and contribute to a safe and engaging program environment.

⏰ Mon & Wed or Tues & Thurs | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities may include:
✅ Supporting youth programming and activities
✅ Assisting with environmental stewardship projects
✅ Helping with attendance, supplies, setup, and cleanup
✅ Encouraging youth participation and leadership
✅ Documenting program activities and community impact
✅ Supporting outreach and special events
