I don’t know with certainty this is true because I’m not a scientist that studies this … I do feel it to be true and it would make complete sense that we are made with this Truth.

The days I intentionally spend outside with the trees, I feel re-charged and energized and much more alive.

What if we shifted our story from “this happened TO me” into something that better serves …
“Life happens FOR me!”

Instead of “I have to do ______” …
“I GET to do _______!”
