About 11am or so we started to notice our AT&T customer's Business Class DSL start to return to normal. Hopefully you're in the same boat, but AT&T did confirm a city wide outage/performance issue. Thanks to everyone for their patience!
Looks like there's a city wide problem with AT&T DSL Internet Services this morning. At least Business Class DSL is affected. Please be patient with AT&T while they work out their issues. This is beyond the control of the team @ ICE.
Friendly reminder to our friends to be cautious when looking for news related to latest disaster in Japan. The bad guys who spread malware prey on our interested in current events to spread viruses/spyware , et cetera.
The bad guys are using "Black Hat SEO" (search engine optimization) techniques to aid in the spread of malware , by poisoning search results with links that actually lead to websites that spread malware.
ICE is warning our friends and customers to avoid clicking on any search engine results that pertain to recent tsunami disaster in Japan. Especially avoid clicking links to untrusted news sources.

It's that time again in software world. I've had a chance to download and run the newly released Service Pack 1 for Windows 7. No problems thus far but that doesn't mean everyone is in the clear.
