Today marks a significant milestone in our company’s growth and an exciting new chapter for our teams, clients, residents, and partners across the country. Milhaus has merged with SRG Residential and has entered into an agreement to acquire Broadshore Capital Partners by late summer, creating a fully-integrated multifamily platform.

With the addition of SRG Residential, we now manage more than 50,000 apartment homes across 20+ markets nationwide, supported by over 1,400 talented team members and a growing development pipeline. Broadshore expands our investment management and will serve as the lending arm of Milhaus. More importantly, we are bringing together three organizations with strong cultures, deep industry expertise, and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for the people and communities we serve.

wrapped up another great year at the Indiana Sports Corporate Challenge last Friday!
 
From dodgeball, volleyball, basketball, co****le, tug-of-war, 5K and 3K races, to an obstacle course that gave us all a good laugh (S/O to our brave participants that made their way over the steep and slippery wall 😂), our team gave it their all. There may have been a few tumbles along the way, but that just made it even more memorable!
 
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this year’s challenge such a fun event. We love any opportunity to get active, spend time together, and make great memories as a team.

This , we’re hiring a Senior/Project Manager in Kansas City.

In this role, you’ll lead projects from kickoff through completion, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and overall delivery while collaborating with Superintendents, Owners, Designers, Engineers, and trade partners to keep projects moving forward.

You’ll also manage project documentation, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting throughout the construction process.
