HSC Pavement Maintenance

🚧 We're looking for dependable team members to join our pavement maintenance crew at our Indianapolis location.

📢 Hiring For: Asphalt Laborer

📍 Apply in person at 1205 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis, IN, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This role includes:

• Asphalt paving, patching, sealcoating, and crack sealing
• Assisting with job site operations and keeping projects running smoothly
• Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license
• Is reliable, motivated, and communicates well
• Can take direction while also taking initiative

This is a hands-on position. Hours vary based on workload, job locations, and weather conditions, with early mornings and occasional weekends required.
