🚨 Exciting Opportunity: FY 25 Reserve Pay Workshops (RPW) 🚨
Exclusively for Army Reserve Administrators (ARA), Reserve Personnel Action Center (RPAC) administrators, unit Human Resource (HR) administrators and Pay administrators in the Army Reserve. This training is nor for the general Army Reserve formation. You must be responsible for Reserve Pay actions at the unit level to attend. ARAs, and RPAC employees are the objective for the training.
USAR PMD provides training at the RPW that focuses on current military pay entitlements, issues, processes, and systems. It also provides sustainment training for personnel with prior Reserve Pay Training. Sustainment training is a triennial requirement for personnel responsible for Reserve Pay actions. In addition to Reserve Pay actions we focus on HR actions in IPPS-A as well as military pay error resolution and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

USARC G8 PMD conducted a Reserve Pay Workshop specifically for our OCONUS pay management professionals at the 7th MSC in Kaiserslautern, Germany from 21 January - 3 February.
Attendees received instruction on various subject matter areas including unit pay reports, Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA), personnel pay and entitlements, and Integrated Personnel Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) instruction that focused on the Military Pay interface and the Customer Relationship Management process.

Description of Duties: Officer will oversee the processing of special pay actions for the United States Army Reserve Pay Center (UPC) Fort McCoy, WI. Responsibilities include management oversight of processing pay actions for Special Duty Assignment Pay (SDAP), Assignment Inventive Pay (AIP), Basic Compensation Pay (BCP), and other pay related activities. Officer will coordinate with system integrators to ensure further development of Incentive Pay system(s) in order to deliver timely and accurate pay support for USAR personnel. Officer will advise on statutory, regulatory, and policy impacts to USAR pay related activities. Officer supports system integration across the spectrum of Reserve Pay to include DMO, DJMS-RC, and IPPS-A.

Description of Duties: NCO will process special pay actions for the United States Army Reserve Pay Center (UPC) Fort McCoy, WI. Responsibilities include processing pay actions for Special Duty Assignment Pay (SDAP), Assignment Inventive Pay (AIP), Basic Compensation Pay (BCP), and other pay related activities. NCO will be responsible for understanding and applying statutory, regulatory, and policy effects on/to pay related activities. NCO will utilize various Pay Management and Human Resource systems to execute daily duties and responsibilities. Systems include but are not limited to Reserve Incentive Management System (RIMS), DJMS-RC, DMO, DMO Web, CSMM, TRANSPROC, and other related systems. NCO will analyze data in order to ensure timely and accurate pay processing actions. NCO will work with other divisions within USAR as well as the Office of the Surgeon General and Human Resources Command to ensure timely and accurate pay management performance. NCO will also coordinate with system developer to advise on processes and functions appropriate with further development of RIMS.

Description of Duties: NCO will support process actions for the Reserve Incentive Management System including data input, data validation, and data cleansing. NCO will coordinate meetings and calendars for PMD and USAR Pay Management leadership in order to support improved business processes as they pertain to Incentive Pay Management. NCO will utilize various FM systems to ensure data quality and information is accurate and appropriate for pay processing actions.
