Mental Health is really a "Spiritual" issue. God "designed" the "path that leads to LIFE" and there are "few that find it." (according to Jesus). We really NEED Balance and Gratitude along with solid Boundaries that protect us from poor choices. Smart persons already know this. To live the "narrow path that leads to LIFE" is the smart choice that leads to integrity and fulfillment. Remember that the Holy Spirit is our GUIDE through life.
