Fun times at the Broad Ripple Lights Up Holiday Festival and Parade!

Oof, we’re hoping this is our last goodbye for a while!! We’ve had the joy of having Spencer (nicknamed Suspence, Spencie, and many others) as one of our techs this summer. He’s not only helped our patients with many exercises, but he’s also provided constant energy and laughs with his daily Monster energy drinks, frequent wear of khakis despite being told he can wear athletic clothes, and his weird obsession with cheese and noodles (no butter, because the cheese is enough). We celebrated his last day today with attire of his request - jerseys!

✨Meet the Staff Monday✨

Meet our favorite patient administrative coordinator (PAC), Madalyn Fricke! Since starting with Team Rehab in July 2022, Madalyn has been our front line of defense when it comes to insurance or scheduling questions. She’s the first person to greet you when you call or walk in and continually makes both her coworkers and our patient’s lives easier. In the clinic, you can often find her with a headset on talking to patients (or insurance companies, but she doesn’t like to dwell on that), enjoying a nice cup of coffee in her Stardew Valley mug, or conspiring with Dustin about the next prank they’re going to pull. Outside the clinic, Madalyn enjoys gaming, chilling with her cats, and annoying her husband.

✨Meet the Staff Monday✨

Meet Dustin Notter, PT, DPT! He originally hails from the Fort Wayne area but has been a resident of Indianapolis since obtaining his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Trine University in 2024. Dustin enjoys treating individuals from 10 to 100 but has a special place in his heart for overhead athletes since he played baseball from elementary school through his time at Wabash College. Dustin also recently became certified in dry needling.

Although we weren’t sure Dustin talked the first 6 months he worked in the clinic, he has quickly become the jokester of the clinic (if you don’t believe us, ask to see our iPad lockscreens). When Dustin isn’t pranking his coworkers or patients, you can often see him enjoying a Cubs game, checking (ahem, losing) his Fantasy football league, or drinking an ice cold beer.
