This position includes responsibility for emergency water, fire, mold, and restoration cleaning services in multi-family, senior living, and commercial structures. The right candidate will be technically proficient, and customer focused. We are looking for a self-starter with initiative and the right attitude. Paid training is included.

• Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition.
• Set dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers, and other equipment at the worksite and ensure proper setup and removal.
• Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as directed by the on-call schedule.
• Drive company vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned by skill growth level.

Qualifications Include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• IICRC certification preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Must exhibit a neat, professional appearance
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to be on-call for after hours work one week per month
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to do a 1 day paid ride along to see what the job is like and if the role is the best fit for both parties.
