The Indiana booth was a huge success, bringing together partners from across the state to share Indiana’s story, build meaningful connections, and highlight the people and communities that make our state competitive and welcoming.

Throughout the week, our team engaged with investors, collaborators, and fellow economic development professionals, demonstrating what’s possible when Indiana’s voices are united around a shared mission to create opportunity for all.

Through regional sessions, our member survey, and countless conversations, you shared what IEDA means to you and what you need from your professional home. Your honesty and engagement guided every step forward.

Last Friday, April 17, IEDA’s board gathered for a full‑day retreat to put that input into action. Together, we moved from listening to deciding—setting our direction, clarifying priorities, and committing to the work ahead.

This wasn’t just a planning session. It was a shared commitment to building a stronger IEDA for professionals and communities across Indiana.
