Guidon spent two impactful days in French Lick, Indiana, at the annual ISHE Conference. We connected with clients, partners, and new faces through thoughtful conversations and shared experiences. From sponsoring the Thursday morning breakfast to taking in the sunset views and time on the golf course, the conference offered the right mix of education, engagement, and connection.

Sandra Bradley recently joined industry leaders Zac Hillyard, Nick Mengucci, and Jessica Bazan to share her perspective on 'The Power of the Clinical Voice: Nurses Leading Meaningful Health Care Design,' a timely conversation held during Nurses Week.

Drawing from her experience as a nurse and designer, Sandra emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between what works on paper and what truly supports clinical workflows in practice. From advocating for critical safety and workflow considerations during design and construction to rethinking how care environments support staff well-being and retention, the discussion reinforced a simple but powerful idea: better outcomes start by listening to the people who deliver care every day.
