We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Franki, one of our incredible SLPs at IEP Therapy!

💬 What Franki loves about working in schools:
*The fast-paced environment and the opportunity to connect with so many different students each day!
*Building meaningful relationships and watching students grow is what makes it all worthwhile.

🎲 Favorite school activity:
Games like *Taboo* are a big hit! They’re not only fun, but also a creative way to help students build and practice their speech and language skills—while sharing plenty of laughs along the way.

💛 A message to her students:
She hopes they know that they are cared for and safe during speech and that they feel celebrated for their effort.

🏡 Fun fact:
Life is busy and full of joy at home with three little ones (ages 9, 6, and 1.5)! This spring and summer will bring a new adventure with a small flock of chicks joining the family. 🐥

🌿 Outside of work:
You’ll often find Franki enjoying the outdoors—hiking, traveling, and exploring new places close to home whenever possible.

Today we celebrate an incredible leader who exemplifies strength, intelligence, and compassion in everything she does. Naomi’s ability to balance smart business decisions with a genuine human touch makes her truly exceptional. She listens, she supports, and she leads with a heart of gold.
A true servant leader, Naomi consistently empowers those around her—encouraging growth, communicating with clarity, and always making time to support her team. Her thoughtful leadership, problem-solving expertise, and generous spirit make a lasting impact on everyone she works with.
Beyond her leadership, we appreciate the little things too—her fantastic memory for details, her ability to connect with people, and yes, her skills as an office DJ with an eclectic soundtrack that keeps us all going!

Meet Hannah, one of our amazing SLPAs who brings collaboration, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to the schools 💛

👥 Why schools?
She loves working in a true team environment—collaborating across disciplines, sharing perspectives, and making therapy more effective (and way more fun!) when everyone works together.

💙 Why IEP Therapy?
The support! From continuing education to tuition reimbursement, she’s grateful to work for a company that truly invests in helping clinicians grow their skills and knowledge.

📚 Favorite therapy activity?
Literacy-based interventions are her jam! Lately, she’s been reading Amelia Bedelia with older students to tackle non-literal language—and having a blast doing it.

🎉 Fun fact!
She’s a huge The Office fan—and even got to meet Jenna Fischer (aka Pam 🖼️) in Chicago this past September. Amazing!

🌲 Life outside of work
If it’s outdoors, she’s in! Kayaking, backpacking, canyoneering, or just relaxing in a hammock—nature is her happy place. She’s also the proud human of two very sweet adventure buddies: a chihuahua and a golden retriever 🐕🐕

We’re so lucky to have her on the IEP Therapy team—bringing teamwork, learning, and fun into everything she does! 🎉
