Transfer case came in missing an ear — instead of calling it a loss or replacing the entire unit, we got to work!

We grounded out all the damaged and contaminated material, fully cleaned and prepped the area, then properly preheated for structural welding. From there we rebuilt the missing section with clean material, brought it back to shape, and precision drilled and tapped it back to factory spec so it’s ready for new hardware and full assembly.
