May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at HardingPoorman, we believe supporting mental wellness is an important part of building a healthy workplace and a stronger community. 💚

Through our partnership with American Health & Wellness, all employees have access to complimentary monthly wellness workshops focused on topics that support overall well-being. This month’s focus, “Mental Health – More Good Days, Together,” encourages meaningful conversations around mental health while providing practical tools for managing stress, building healthier habits, and strengthening everyday connections.

These workshops are one of the ways we continue to support the health and well-being of our team.

Last Friday, the HardingPoorman team took a break from the workday for some friendly competition at our annual Race Party in celebration of the Indy 500. 🏁

The day was packed with a variety of race day-inspired activities, including pinewood derby car races, a co****le tournament, water balloon tosses, and the Pit Crew Challenge obstacle course. We also loved having The BrewLab Canteen on-site making drinks for everyone to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

Events like these are a fun way to bring our team together while celebrating the energy and traditions that make the month of May in Indianapolis so special.

This week, we brought the blood drive right to our front door… well technically, our front parking lot.

We hosted a blood drive through Versiti as part of the upcoming Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge. The bloodmobile made it quick and convenient for our team to donate and support an important cause. Thank you to everyone who donated!

With Earth Day last week, our team got outside and volunteered at Eagle Creek Park! ☀️ We helped clean up the public swimming area to get it ready for summer. Our day involved raking and composting lots of leaves, picking up sticks and trash, power washing equipment, and more.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to make a positive impact. It’s a good reminder that showing up, even in small ways, can make a difference in the community.
