We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and customer-focused sales associate to join the Fort Wayne Boost team!

The Sales Associate is a tech savvy and friendly, driven individual who expertly uses sales techniques to guide customers toward their phone and accessory needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Consult with new and existing customers in order to determine their wireless service needs.
* Maintain integrity of store operating procedures to include: opening, closing, inventory, point of sale paperwork/record keeping, cash management, maintaining store standards/appearance in merchandising, backroom, restroom and work area.
* Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Handles all customer service issues in a professional manner.
* Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
* Directly responsible for ensuring sales accuracy of daily cash drawer and sales accuracy with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred)
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
* Highly organized, multitasking skills and attention to detail are a must.
* Strong verbal and communication skills.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
* Available for a flexible retail work schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $9.00 to $10.00 /hour
