Going back through some old project photos and updating our website gallery and realized we never posted about this kitchen/first floor renovation and layout update. Removed a wall, expanded kitchen, all new flooring throughout...This was a BIG change!

Finally got a chance to get back out East and photograph a recent project in Philadelphia. 🤩 This home was a “flip” in the truest sense of the word, where beautiful original details were covered up to appeal to mass market (before photos in comments). I’m SO happy my client could see its potential when she purchased and it was a joy to bring it back to its original glory in areas we could, plus add some modern amenities like black slate flooring with radiant heat system in the kitchen to warm things up. Bonus that this client (friend) is such a fun, full of life, risk-taking, individual who’s not afraid of bold choices and had an AMAZING art collection to enhance the design…the stuff dream clients are made of ❤️
