Sullivan Development is bringing more than $70 million in investment to create 270+ affordable apartments in Indianapolis. Most of the new homes will be along the 38th Street corridor south of the Indiana State Fairgrounds, turning vacant lots into places where families can thrive.

Big news for Indy’s racing economy: Italy-based MTS Motorsport Technical School is planting roots in the Racing Capital of the World. This internationally renowned motorsports training program chose Indianapolis for its first U.S. location, reinforcing our city’s unique position at the intersection of speed, skill, and specialized talent.

Italy-based motorsports school sets up shop in Indianapolis - Inside INdiana Business Indianapolis is the first location for Motorsport Technical School US, which offers eight-week, hands-on courses for individuals interested in becoming racing mechanics and data engineers.
