Music for All is excited to welcome Kelsey Synnett as our new Director of Student Programs!

As a leader in both music and education communities, Kelsey brings a deep commitment to student success and a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences through music. She earned her Bachelors in Music Education at the University of South Florida and her Masters in Educational Leadership from Saint Leo University. In the Tampa Bay area, she served as a Band Director, Student Enrichment Advisor, Parent Involvement Coordinator, Assessment Coordinator, and most recently, as Assistant Principal.

As Director of Student Programs, Kelsey will lead Music for All's camp initiatives – including the nationally recognized Music for All Summer Camp – while also guiding the development of new camp experiences and overseeing our national honor ensembles.
