Proper Pour is continuing to grow throughout our great state! We are searching for a new Draft Technician for THE REGION! (Valparaiso, Michigan city, South Bend, Elkhart, and Southern Michigan.)

Position Description:
Full Time Draft Technician responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of draft systems THE REGION. This is an entry level position with 2-3 weeks of on the job training.

Position Highlights:

-Minimum starting pay is $17/hour with increased starting wage based on experience and knowledge (paid salary, not hourly)
-$300/month health insurance stipend
-401k/Roth 401k with employer match
-Take home work vehicle with company card for gas and expenses
-PTO, paid Holidays, and personal days
- Significant bonus potential, especially in this market.

This is a full time, salaried position.

This position will be based in Southern Indiana and Greater Louisville area.
