Day 30. Down 30 lbs. (278 → 248)

Most of us aren’t out of shape because we’re lazy.

We’re out of shape because of what we put in our body.

Processed food.
Preservatives.
Chemicals.
Stuff your body was NEVER meant to break down.

And over time that turns into:
Inflammation.
Buildup.
Parasites.
Disease.

We normalized eating trash… then wonder why we feel like trash.

This cleanse forced me to wake up.
Real discipline. Real sacrifice.

And here’s the part nobody wants to hear…

I didn’t take shortcuts.
No peptides.
No supplements.
No Ozempic.

Just pure fruit, vegetables, and herbs.

And it WORKS.

I let myself go the last 3–4 years on purpose… just to understand how bad it can get, and what actually fixes it.

This is the answer I found.

We gotta get back to the basics.
The herbs. The earth. The foundation.
