New Project in Rancho Mirage!

Statewide Building Group is proud to announce the start of construction on a new 4,500-square-foot ground-up retail building in Rancho Mirage.

This $2.5 million development will be home to two exciting future tenants: a new dental office and Koffi Coffee bringing essential services and a beloved local gathering spot to the community.

Scheduled for completion in Fall 2026, this project represents another investment in the continued growth of the Coachella Valley.
