Did you hear about the new AI law for content creators?👀

I’ve spent 12 years on both sides of this industry as a model, creator and now as a strategist. And I’ve watched brands slowly shift toward AI-generated humans to cut costs.

And New York just changed that!

As of June 9th, any brand using an AI influencer, AI model, or AI UGC creator in paid ads has to disclose it. TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Instagram and even TV, has it disclose it. Fines up to $5K per violation. 🥳

Real creators just became the no risk, high trust AND BEST option IMO. And if you’re a creator right now? Your timing couldn’t be better.

What are your thoughts on all of these AI influencers now? I feel like they’re so hard to tell if they’re real so this is huge!
