Why SoCal youth? You might be asking yourself that question.

In 2013, two pastors of a Southern California church saw their youth ministry. Not a large group of young people, but a group that was on fire and wanting more. They wondered, how can we create an impactful and dynamic experience not only for the young people of our church, but other churches like us who may not have the means to put together their own camp? In that moment, was born.

Our heart is to bring together youth ministries across Southern California as THE CHURCH, to equip and encourage your young people to be sent back to YOUR local church, build it and make it shine brighter for Jesus!

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12

We can’t wait to continue this mission, at AWAKEN SoCal Youth Camp 2025 this summer!
