As of right now we will have a full schedule this week! We know a lot of families go out of town for the holidays so if attendance is low in certain time frames we may condense! We hope everyone had a great weekend 🔥 come put in work with us 💯

Everything is at your pace! You choose your weights can be heavy or light and You do your own rep amount! Everyone in here is super friendly except some of the 5am 😆 😆 JK there just asleep 💤

Monday Pm schedule 🔥 kids boxing 4-7:30pm FREE adults strength training/fit boxing 6-7pm and womens only boxing 7-8pm 🥊🥊 $80 a month, $25 a week or $10 a day
