The Wall Street Journal revealed that Iranian missile and drone strikes caused over $400 million in damage to the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain, including destruction of two $20 million satellite communications terminals and more than a dozen buildings. While no American personnel were killed—thanks to prior dispersal—the attacks exposed vulnerabilities in one of Washington’s most critical overseas naval facilities.
