Ingleside High School

On Tuesday we had our Senior Robing Ceremony and it was a HUGE success! 54 seniors chose to honor an educator who has made a lasting impact on them. Our seniors each expressed what these educators have meant to them and presented them with a keepsake.

Seniors. Thank you for taking time out of your already busy end-of-year schedule to not only share what the educators meant to you, but to also show up! Educators, regardless of what district you are currently in, you made an impact on our seniors that will last a lifetime. Thank you for all you do for our students!

Our second annual Senior Robing Ceremony is coming up on Tuesday, May 12 at 6:30 PM and we over doubled the number of seniors participating this year!

Seniors got to surprise the person they selected in person! And with it being Teacher Appreciation Week, what a great time to do it! Not only were our seniors emotional getting to personally invite educators who made a huge and lasting impact on their educational journey, but so were the educators they selected.

It is rare when educators find out they made a lasting impact on their students. Many times, we teach our students will everything we have and then they are gone. Gone to another grade, gone to another campus. We hope that these teacher felt the lasting impact they make each and every day on their students. Hopefully this full circle moment had as much of an impact on you as it had, and continues to have on our seniors.

Thank you the principals at Ingleside Primary School, Gilbert J. Mircovich Elementary, and Leon Taylor Middle School for allowing us onto your campuses so that this great tradition could continue! Lastly, thank you to our friends at Aransas Pass ISD and Port Aransas High School who were more than willing to help us surprise some educators who are now gracing their halls. As these seniors begin closing the book on this chapter of their lives, you have helped make this time something they will never forget.
