What a fantastic week at AVPN Americas School!
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, worked hard, and shared their passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza. It was another unforgettable class filled with learning, teamwork, and plenty of great pizzas!

This week we're taking a short break to recharge and prepare for our next course.

We'll be back in the kitchen next week, ready to welcome a new group of future pizzaioli.

Today it will be about refining the details and perfecting the techniques.
