I bought a pork butt bigger than my head a few days ago at Thoma's. I turned half of it into pulled pork using our Meat Society Carolina Pig Bomb. If you haven't tried our Meat Society Crock Pot Bombs...you should.

I cut the other half into pork steaks and made some Hoisin Pork using some of our favorite ingredients available at PKS...Olivelle Smoked Balsamic, Black Garlic Tamari Balsamic, and Black Garlic Sea Salt along with Alchemy of Food Mexi Sriracha.
