Stress, especially before fall break, may tempt us into using unhealthy coping mechanisms. Take a look and choose some activities that would be a better way to work through it!

Looking to change your substance use and aren't sure where to start? Attend a drop in, support group meeting! Discuss and share with peers about goals and challenges in order to change your habits.
