Art festival is open from 10 am to 7 pm today.
Sunday it is open from 10 am to 4 pm.

I have been painting plein air since Friday with the Amana plein air event. I enjoy this event immensely and can’t wait to see all the other artists work this evening! Although the heat was challenging, it is such a reward to dedicate the weekend from morning to evening to nothing but painting!

Spent the last couple of days painting the beautiful Amanas as part of the 2023 Amana Fresh Paint - Iowa Plein Air event and had a wonderful time. I am happy to share that my painting was awarded first place again this year! I am really thankful to Amana Arts Guild for organizing this event and all fellow artists for the wonderful experience of painting together!!
