Even though he’s one of the newest faces at Open Meadow Builders, Maikon has jumped right in without missing a beat. From day one, he’s shown up with a great attitude and a level of dedication that makes it feel like he’s been part of the crew for years.

Whether he’s tackling a new challenge on-site or supporting the rest of the team, he’s proven himself to be a fantastic addition to the OMB family. We’re so glad he decided to bring his talents to our projects!
