Columbia/Irmo Volleyball Lessons

Alright my beautiful people we have another group session on Thursday @730 I want to work on defense, net play, picking up tips and short passes, foot work and finding the ball. It is gonna be a hot one. So bring water !!! After this week I’m thinkn about moving session to Saturday mornings depending on y’all. This week it’s not looking like a tsunami is coming so 😂😅… also heads up YMCA is having a volleyball camp with local college soon 🦾 wanted to share ❤️

Hey y’all 730 Thursday and northwest ymca I have two spots left for group session. This session will be regarding passing, setting and court awareness. It will take place outside no knee pads necessary however strongly encourage water !!!! 25 pp
