August has spent the last seven years as a major contributor and member of our Explorer Post before completing his process to be cleared as an active firefighter last summer. Keep up the good work!

The Officers and Members of Point Pleasant are proud to recognize Exterior Firefighter Meade as a soon to be graduating senior from East Irondequoit CSD. Ryan has chosen to become an active member in June of 2025 after several years as an explorer. He has become an integral part of our organization and consistent responder to emergencies in the community. We are eager to watch your success as you pursue a NYS EMT certification as part of your career training and far beyond your high school experience. Keep up the good work!

Ryan played JV and Varsity Baseball. He is an active volunteer firefighter with the Point Pleasant Fire Department. His future plans are to become a paid firefighter and also learn a trade to have his own business.
