Starting a micro bakery doesn’t have to look the same for everyone.

“You don’t have to go all in to make it work.
A micro bakery doesn’t have to be your whole personality, your whole schedule, or your whole life. It can be manageable hours of prep spread out over a couple of days and a pick-up window Thursday afternoon. It can be 20 orders while you’re still the one doing school pickup. That’s still real income. That’s still a real business. That’s still feeding your community.
Just make sure your recipes are tested and scalable, your licenses are in order, and your systems are simple enough that the back end doesn’t swallow you whole. The unsexy stuff that makes the whole thing sustainable. And you still get to touch dough, which is our favorite part, right?

Then? You have permission to start small. You have permission to stay small. You have permission to build something that fits your life and not the other way around”
